Organic Honeybush Tea

Honeybush tea is a slightly sweet tasting tea with the potential of both short-term and long-term health benefits. The potential benefits:

  • supports the immune system to help fight off infections, colds and flus

  • helps prevent free radicals caused by stress

  • may reduce inflammation

  • helps prevent inflammation

  • high in vitamins & minerals (iron, zinc, calcium, copper, potassium, magnesium)

  • high in antioxidants

  • helps with indigestion

  • may aid with nausea and stomach pains brought on by menstruation and pre-mensuration

  • caffeine free (better for your nervous system and should not raise your cortisol levels)

Steep for a minimum of 10-15 minutes (the longer the better).

Please note - all teas should be covered while steeping so that all those fantastic benefits stay in your cup and eventually into you and don’t escape with the steam:)
